GR5 - Days 30-31 - Sunny skies

A month!
One month already.
Feels like six.
But today was a wonderful, cold and sunny, slow and supple day hiking up and around Mont Saint Odile, finding a computer in Barr, and meeting some very interesting people who agreed to host me - and told me so much about the surrounding region, and places and walks and forests.

Today's a day of rest, I'm meeting my parents this evening in the little wine village of Reichsfeld. So I'll only walk about four hours. It's so sunny and nice, I can't possibly stay inside as initially planned. Sylvie and Yves sent me on my way, Yves to meet me at lunchtime in the cabin he employs as management center for this whole forest area. And through the woods, to the castles I go; through the villages, through the town; up to the crest and down, cruising in the sun.
